When I'm working for you I need to be told that I'm doing a good job when I'm out there in the trenches kicking ass. I need that. And I need to go somewhere that I can get it.
What I don't need is random ass-hattery in the form of nit picking. Complaints about minor points when you have a shining high level view to celebrate instead. I'm not asking for you to be overly nice to me, I just mostly want to stop fantasizing about going all kung fu on your ass.
