In celebrating Beaujolais Nouveau every year (it's the 3rd Thursday each November) I pick up a bottle of the $10 and under gamay varietal. They say 2009 is one of the better vintages to come along in decades so though it may not typically be your style of wine, I hope you take a moment to try something different.
