Hey Friday, I need a drink.

It's Friday afternoon and I'm not yet drink-in-hand so just let me rant for a few...

Is it me or is work just a hellish necessity more often than not? I can't think of the last time I had a good day. Even lunch with the nerds on Tuesday was rushed and off balance. It annoys me since I so rarely get to see them and it's such a 'go go go' event. How sad is it that people I know are working until they 1. Get Fired or 2. Get Laid Off? Personally, I'd be building an infinite list of outs. Heck, I'm building one now.

In other news, I want to punch Jillian Michaels in the face because her workouts are so tough. Since I'm getting in shape for summer with as little time as possible, I do her 20 and 40 minute workouts and hate her the entire time. Here's hoping for great results so I can someday (grudgingly) thank her.

Ok that's enough! On to better things like movie night and cocktails. Next week is the Chocolate Festival so I need to keep all those lovely bad-girl binges in check. You know, save em up so I can let loose next Friday night...

Unsure why, but I keep getting visions of women wearing those big absurd hats so the birds don't poop on their lips.
