And let's all get happy and sloshed when we go to this: Pepsi Center: Event. UltraAries and I frequent The Denver Food and Wine Classic each year, even back when it was called Wines for Life.
This is a fantastic day of wine drinking, eating, networking and just relaxing in a wonderful downtown setting. I always feel laid back yet posh when I attend these every year, so if you're in the neighborhood, stop by. We can compare tasting notes. :)
